| Single family homes are residences designed to accommodate
one family. They are not attached to any other homes. Single family homes
vary greatly in size and features. Some will have a garage, dishwasher,
large yard or a family room, and some will not. |

| Multiple Unit Homes |
| Multiple unit homes are units that are part of a larger
structure that contains other residences. An apartment is one example of a multiple
unit home. A duplex is a multiple unit home that has two units in the same structure.
Typically a multiple unit will share one or more walls with adjacent units.
Multiple unit homes vary greatly in size and features. Some will have a garage,
dishwasher or yard, and some will not. |
